Rob has been carp fishing for over 30 years and has become an expert on all fields of the sport from big carp tactics all over the world to catching loads of big carp at home. Rob is also a master of competition carp fishing. He has mastered the art of speed fishing and can work a swim to the maximum, often catching big hits of carp from loads of commercial carp waters from around the country. Rob has been writing articles and features for most of the carp press for many years and has always enjoyed passing on his knowledge to others. Rob has enjoyed taking part in many charity pro-am fishing events and has found he gets a real buzz out of helping anglers with tactics and hopefully for them to catch that special fish and become more successful.

When I decided to do tutorials I was in no doubt that I was more than capable as an angler but that’s simply not enough. I wanted to know that I could get these fishing skills across to my clients in the correct manor. So it was back to school to become a professional coach. The course was a 1st 4sport Qualification Angling coach. It soon became apparent once I started the course just how important it was and once explained with aspects covered like Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and how to plan coaching activities in the correct and professional manner giving the client the best coaching possible. With the course complete I can now offer such services.

For many years it has always baffled me that carp anglers have been too proud to get professional advice on tactics, methods, tackle and such like. For anglers that wonder why some of the top carp anglers consistently put those big carp on the bank, I can give those little edges that will put those extra fish on the bank. For the more experienced anglers we can offer packages to suit your requirements, concentrating on any methods you feel needs covering.

Packages can be from 8 hour day sessions to 24hr or 48hr sessions and these will be held at some of the top day ticket venues in the South of England.

All the bait needed for your tutorial will be supplied as well as your fishing.

I am first aid trained and have been CRB checked and hold Public Liability insurance. All under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
